Matt and I attended a very fancy Persian wedding for one of his friends from high school.  The whole ceremony was in Farsi, even the entertainment was performed in Farsi. It was a great night out with friends, and always fun to get a little dressed up. :)

Despite being a formal wedding, no one seemed to mind the audience getting up and taking pictures and videos with their phones through the whole ceremony!

This was a platform up in front of the bride and groom.  Each thing on the table symbolizes something in their future.
